Jürgen Michalski, Cornelius Mangold, Matthias Dietz and Anne Kohlermann  are the management team at our agency: a PR expert, an architect, an industrial designer and a designer.

  • Matthias Dietz

    Partner, Managing Director. Focusing on client development and strategic consulting, Matthias is an industrial designer by training, holding degrees from both HDK and HfbK. Following the realization of his design concept for Deutschen Leasing AG’s corporate headquarters in Bad Homburg, he went on to found one of Germany’s first design consultation companies, Dietz Design Management in Frankfurt before becoming Head of Marketing and Communication at ERCO, the global market leader in architectural lighting tools. With extensive consulting experience in both the European and Asian markets, Matthias has authored and published several books on design, as well as conceptualizing and curating design exhibitions internationally. He joined Schindler Parent Identity as Managing Director in 2002.

  • Jürgen Michalski

    Partner, Managing Director. Responsible for client consulting and project management, Jürgen previously worked with the advertising agencies BBDO, Imparc and DMB&B in Dusseldorf, Springer & Jacoby in Hamburg and TBWA in Berlin. He has been with our agency since 2004.

  • Anne Kohlermann

    Partner, Managing Director: Leading our design team as Head of the Creative Department, Anne studied Graphic Design at Central Saint Marten’s College of Art and Design in London.
    Prior to joining us in 2005, Anne worked for Leagas Delaney in London as well as Researh Studios and Intégral Ruedi Baur in Paris.

  • Cornelius Mangold

    Partner: Cornelius is responsible for strategy, concept development and copywriting and partners with Anne Kohlermann in our creative department. Following his studies in Architecture and Urban Design at the University of Arts, Berlin and the Technical University at Delft, Cornelius founded his own publishing house, Superclub Nonbook Publishing, winning several prestigious awards for outstanding design. He joined us in 2006.
