Cornelsen Verlag was founded 1946 in Berlin and is one of the leading publishers of education media in Germany. Cornelsen develops educational material for teachers, pupils and adults. The company continues to transform itself as its complex product range evolves. To keep pace with current events and trends, the Cornelson staff is required to regularly modify and adapt their products.
This process affects the product designs and it also has consequences for the company’s employees. The more the employees participate in realising these changes, the better they begin to understand their necessity. One goal of the workshops jointly held by Realgestalt and Cornelsen is to present the changes in the corporate product design so that they are quickly adopted and enthusiastically disseminated throughout the company and to the outer world.
